About
Double D Works Ltd was incorporated in December 2008 by Garth and Ivana Dryland, a husband and wife team. Since then DoubleDproducts.co.nz plus DoubleDservices.co.nz were created as divisions of Double D Works Ltd.
Double D Works Ltd and said divisions thereof were established to incorporate the 3 main things in life which we find important and we would like nothing more than if everyone could enjoy this also:
1. Health - eating foods which nourish the mind and body, topping up any short falls with quality supplements.
2. Fitness - exercising on a regular basis to stay in shape. Nothing better than releasing those serotonin levels.
3. Entertaining - being able to spend more time with family and friends, through responsible lifestyle alterations.
These factors are somewhat embedded into our daily lives due to the way we were brought up, knowing nothing other than balance meals, covering all the essentials, set on a regular basis. For us it is set in concrete that eating well pays dividends. Due to this reality we also know that such can become second nature for anyone, given half a chance. We are confident that anyone can achieve ... results that provide balance ...
It may be of interest to some that, Garths' grandfather RON TANNER was MR NEW ZEALAND during the mid 1900's. Ron was among the few elite faces of that era. Ron modestly became a key integral part of body building in New Zealand. Ron is considered by some as a founding forefather of Body Building here in New Zealand.
Sadly very little information is available online about Ron or (any of his associates, such as) the late Don Oliver during this era however I am confident that will change in time. Anyone with memorabilia that could be compiled, scanned etc would be much appreciated. Unfortunately most of the items Ron has kept, have become damaged over time.
Double D Works Ltd can also provide a dedicated blog, forum, or a group access book writing platform, if interest is shown in this direction. Please contact us here, if you wish to contribute. Credit in the way of site links or similar will be given to anyone who provide usable input. |
